Our Team

is the heart and backbone of the organization. Everyone listed below are true friends of Boris the Cat, who turned a hobby and a fun idea that started in 2013 into one of the most vibrant and significant projects. None of us receive a salary for our work – even Boris’ food bowl is filled from his owner’s personal funds, and the organization’s money is never used for that. You can always reach out to any team member within their area of expertise. You can also contact Boris himself, but only for truly urgent and important matters.

Honorary Chairman and Founder

Boris the Cat

is the founder and inspirational figure behind our organization. He was born on February 23, 2013, in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. With a “feline higher education,” he has been the honorary chairman of NNLE “International Boris the Cat Award” in Georgia and ANO (NGO) “Premiya kota Borisa” in Russia since birth.

Boris’ main and most important mission is to radiate endless light, love, and kindness! He also purrs loudly, especially after a tasty meal and when he settles down for a rest. You can contact Boris the Cat by email: boss@catboris.org.

Chairman and Founder

Aleksandr Pankratov

is the Chairman of NNLE “International Boris the Cat Award” in Georgia and ANO “Premiya kota Borisa” in Russia. Born in 1995 in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk, he holds higher education degrees in Public and Municipal Administration, as well as Sociology. From 2013 to 2015, he served as the director of the charitable foundation “Dobray Sovushka,” and since 2013, he has been the coordinator of the charitable association “Friends of Boris the Cat,” officially registered in Russia in 2021 as the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization for the Support of Motherhood and Childhood, Culture, Sports, and Responsible Attitudes toward Animals “Premiya kota Borisa.” Since 2023, he has been the chairman of NNLE (NGO) “International Boris the Cat Award,” registered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

He has received numerous public honors for his active involvement in charitable and social initiatives.

Darya Chubova

Born in 1997 in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. She has been part of the Friends of Boris the Cat team since the foundation of the volunteer charitable project. She holds a higher education degree in Human Resource Management and has completed advanced training courses in Sociology. She is known for her innovative approach to organizing charitable initiatives and has been awarded multiple public honors.

Denis Lychkovskiy

Born in 1980 in the Siberian city of Krasnoyarsk. He holds a higher legal education and has completed advanced training courses in Social Work. Since 2013, Denis, together with the team, has helped hundreds of citizens by providing free, high-quality legal assistance. He has worked in various positions in the social protection system and has been awarded numerous public honors.
